Recipes at the Mexican American Cultural Center are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with the instructor before registering for the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for pre-designed classes. We may, however, offer specific classes designed for certain dietary restrictions like allergies, gluten-free cooking etc. Please check our website to find those specific classes or contact the Mexican American Cultural Center for more information.
