In collaboration with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, we are hosting Jacqueline Cordova, Holistic Health Coach and Instructor, in the teaching kitchen for an interactive fermentation workshop. Participants will learn the art and science of preserving food using traditional, gut-friendly methods that have been used across cultures for generations. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn basic fermentation principles by following two recipes: Traditional Escabeche for savory applications and Blueberries Fermented in Raw Honey for sweet applications.
