En Mi Vecindad: Adult Painting Workshop 

Led by teaching artist Daisy López, En Mi Vecindad, came from a sentiment to preserve memories, spaces, and the everyday moments that represent us. This two-part all-levels acrylic painting class invites participants to reflect on the collectivity of home through paint. 

Bring a picture or two of your home, your abuelita's home, la plantita on top of the fridge, el cerco de hierro, una ventana, platillo, or anything else that holds meaning for you. Together, we will use these personal images as the starting point for a painting that captures the spaces and details that shape who we are.
