Join us for an intermediate-level crochet workshop led by Paulina Rosiles, our current MACC Artist-in-Residence. In this workshop, participants will learn how to filet crochet, a technique that creates a grid of open mesh and solid blocks to form pictures, words, or geometric designs. This is the same technique Paulina has used throughout her residency to complete her mantel de mesa project.

Participants will learn the basic techniques needed to create their own filet crochet pieces independently after the class. During the workshop, they can choose from three filet crochet designs featuring a heart, rabbit, or swan.
