Explore the human body through drawing in a welcoming setting. This hands-on workshop invites participants to observe, sketch and interpret the human figure through guided exercises that emphasize movement, structure and personal expression.  

 

Led by professional artist-educator Mario Parra, this workshop encourages close looking, experimentation, and dialogue with artworks from the MACC's current exhibition "Mujer Moderna: The Life and Artwork of Mago Gandara". 

Participants will develop confidence in drawing while discovering the body as a powerful expressive form.  

 

No prior drawing experience is required. 

Live models will be clothed. 

This programming is in coincidence with our Main Gallery exhibition "Mujer Moderna: The Life and Artwork of Mago Gandara"

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Refunds for classes and workshops are given only if the class or workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or if a class or workshop doesn’t meet the minimal enrollment requirements. There will be no partial refunds or credits. Refunds will not be given if registered participant doesn’t show up for the class or workshop.
