DESCRIPTION:Join Chef Enrique Lozano in our teaching kitchen for a 2.5-hour workshop diving into the rich flavors of preparing tamales.  Students will learn how to make two types: the classic chile rojo and a regional favorite, rajas con queso.  Rooted in tradition, students will learn how to prepare masa, develop flavorful guisados, as well as wrap and steam tamales to perfection.  \n  \n  \n  \n Location: Teaching Kitchen \n  \n  \n Ages: 15+  \n  \n  \n NEW - Registration Fee: $5 per person  \n  \n  \n Bring: non-slip, close toe shoes and an apron if you have one  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Allergen Disclaimer   \n  \n  \n This facility may contain dairy, eggs, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans which account for most known allergens.
