Join Chef Mateo Herrera in the Teaching Kitchen for a hands-on culinary workshop dedicated to celebrating the rich culinary traditions of blue corn and the artistry of traditional pan dulce.  In this class, kids and their families will craft authentic polvorones, a delicate, crumbly shortbread-style cookie, and staple offering in almost any panaderia.
