DESCRIPTION: \n  \n  \n  \n In collaboration with nonprofit organization, La Planta, join Chef Enrique Lozano, James Beard Semi-Finalist and local chef, in the Teaching Kitchen to learn how to prepare a ceviche made from corazon de palma/hearts of palm.
