DESCRIPTION: \n  \n  \n  \n In this two-day class series, students will learn the art of making chocolate from scratch with 4th generation cacao worker, Nancy Torres with Cacao Coyatoc.  Experience the full journey of chocolate creation, using traditional and hands-on methods.  Once processed, cacao will then be used during the mole class with Chef Ana Dominguez.  Students will then be guided through the steps of making mole, one of the most iconic and complex sauces in Mexican cuisine known for its deep, layered flavor and rich culinary history.
