DESCRIPTION: \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Dimensional Testimonies: Painting Class for Tweens and Teens  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Led by Kimberly Arellano, a local Chicana mixed-media painter and middle school art teacher, this class invites middle schoolers (ages 11-14) to create layered, gallery-ready works that celebrate Mexican American heritage, personal storytelling, and bold visual identity.   \n  \n  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Students work through four exciting phases, from collaged family histories and Chicano iconography to bas-relief clay sculpture and woven textile elements, building a three-dimensional canvas that is uniquely and powerfully their own.
